When will I receive my package ?
All your purchases on Lenyjewelry.be are shipped within 48 hours (working days), depending on the available stock, to the place that suits you best: your home, your workplace or a Bpost relay point.
If a product is out of stock, simply leave your email address and you will be notified as soon as it is available again.
Method of delivery
We have chosen to work with the partner with the largest distribution network in Belgium: Bpost.
You have the choice between 2 options:
- Bpack@home: a delivery by Bpost to an address of your choice, to your home or office for example. If you have missed Bpost's visit, you can request a second visit or pick up your package at your Bpost office.
- Bpack@bpost: are you rarely at home? You can also pick up your package at a post office point. There is always one near you and they offer more flexible hours than the traditional post office.

Deliveries in Belgium - 2 to 3 working days :
Orders from 75 € are delivered free of charge. For any purchase less than 75 € the shipping costs are 9€. How are the exchanges and returns going ?
- in the original condition and will not have been worn ;
- it will be accompanied by its original label and packaging.
In the event of proven wear and tear beyond the simple fitting, we reserve the right not to refund the item or to claim compensation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you return to us comply with these return conditions.
Customized" orders are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
How to proceed in practice ?
To return an item from Belgium, you must :
- Complete the return form attached to your delivery ;
- Attach this return form to the items to be returned ;
- Place the whole thing, under closed cover, in a Bpost point.
Please keep the proof of deposit until we confirm receipt of your return. This document certifies the date of return and the receipt number of your return.
As long as the goods are returned intact in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
For Belgium, the shipment of your return package is free of charge
To return an item from another country, you must :
- Complete the return form attached to your delivery ;
- Attach this return form to the items to be returned ;
- Return the package to us by the means of your choice

Attention : these provisions and the above address are only valid for online purchases. The above return conditions do not apply to custom products, i.e. products that have been custom adjusted or engraved.
